Congratulations are in order!

You've heard of friends of the family, right?  Well, this post is for the family of friends.  :)

If you read our other blog, you read a lot about Ella.  Dave and Jen are Ella and Delia's parents.  Dave's sister Kris and her husband Eric have been pursuing adoption and have been chosen by a birthmom for awhile now.  We haven't met them in person but have gotten to know them through Dave and Jen and through our common adoption experiences.

Kris and Eric are parents!  Their son, Cole Jacob Jayden, was born last week, and they got to taken him home as their own son on Saturday.  We're so excited for this new little family.  What a joyful occasion for them and all of us who have prayed for them, and also the beginning of the big adventure of parenthood!  Congratulations to Kris, Eric, and Cole!  Enjoy these first sweet, crazy days with a newborn in the house!
