Our good news keeps coming in baby steps, so here's some more from Sangeeta:
"The day we've been waiting for is finally here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you God!! Your clearances came in and now you are officially approved! You'll be getting your certificates in the mail soon. I'm sending your website profile to our Corporate office."
So, our paperwork from Kendall got to Bethany. We're so thankful! And we'll be sure to let you know when our profile is public on the Bethany site. Soon we'll be able to pray more specifically for a match with a birthmom and a baby since we won't have to be praying for paperwork anymore. That will be GREAT! We don't know how we'll be found by a birthmom. It could be through the Bethany website, through our scrapbook-type profiles that will be at Bethany offices in our home state, or through word of mouth because someone like you knows we're trying to adopt and also knows of someone who wants to make an adoption plan for her baby. It will be exciting to see how God brings us all together. Thanks for your prayers along the way!

Hi Amy! I know you'll probably hear this a thousand times (and that can get very old-sorry!) but perhaps God gave you a few bumps in the road because He is orchestrating your perfect meeting in His perfect time! I truly believe that I went through a decade of bad hair/oversized glasses/acne (you name it!) to keep me single for my husband...cus I'm kind of a catch otherwise! :) We KNOW He has a plan and is preparing ALL hearts for it!
