I discovered this surprise in the mail today:
My sweet friend, Karyn, sent these to us for our someday-baby. I just had to share them. It's helpful to have something nice in your hand or on your shoulder for not-so-nice things like spitup. She knows this more than anyone. (Right, Karyn?) Thank you for the thoughtful and encouraging gift!

Amy, I just signed in tonight for the first time to check out your blog site, and I'm so happy to be able to keep in touch with what's happening. I will check often and continue to pray that the process goes quickly. Sometimes when things take too long on our end (or so we think) it's just because God is really working out something spectacular on His end ... and it will all be SO worth the wait!
