The latest from Kendall

I just talked to Kendall, and there's still no news from our foot-dragging state. So, the other gal she works with is going to call that state tomorrow and ask for a verbal approval and fax later that day. If they can't get that, they are going to launch a federal claim against the state's office. The purpose of both of those is to get the process moving. Hopefully something will work!
