Anticipation

We got a phone call this afternoon from Jonathan's great grandma and great grandpa Don.  They were checking on how our adoption process is going.  Of course, we're still waiting on our fingerprint clearances (no news there) but what's neat about their call is that they're looking forward to the arrival of the baby.  Grandma (Jeff's grandma) has knit a baby afghan for each of her great grandchildren.  Jonathan has one from her that's very special.  So, Grandma has been working on an afghan for this baby a little bit each day since the beginning of January.  She'll have the baby's name and birthdate put on the afghan when we know those things.  So sweet!  We hope that the blanket won't have too wait too long for the baby.
